To redeem the voucher all the recipient needs to do is contact us to book their flight at a time that suits them.

NOTE These vouchers are often given as a birthday or anniversary present but due to the weather dependent nature of hot air ballooning it may not be possible for the recipient to get their flight on the actual day of their celebration.
